CORPORATE
CITCO "Trading Places"

How do you "get" your boss and, at the same time, benefit Geauga United
Way? Well, Landis Gardner CITCO, a major Geauga County business has found the
way--by allowing the employees to donate $10 (per bid) to the United Way to have
their bosses do their jobs for three hours! In a week-long program, the
employees at CITCO had the opportunity to bid on "trading places"
with their supervisors. Not only did the highest bidding employees have lots of fun
supervising their own managers but they also enjoyed watching them
"struggle" with their newfound duties and responsibilities. This innovative program which, in conjunction with a silent auction, generated an additional $2,000 for Geauga United Way, was spearheaded by Landis Gardner employees Dinah Kaufman and Lamatha Stevens. Many thanks to the employees of CITCO, Dinah, Lamatha and their team for their hard work and dedication to making their company's fundraising campaign a real success.
